Meet The Team
The following team members of Loving Hands Ranch are volunteers and are not paid. God has laid a call to local Deaf Ministry on each of these individual’s hearts and they serve to the best of their abilities. Many months of planning goes into each camp. Everyone on the team willingly and gladly sacrifices their time to make LHR a great place to be!

Founders
Tim and Ann Moore
Tim and Ann Moore founded Loving Hands many years ago as a foster care (1987) and ministry for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. They felt the call to expand, and in 1997 Loving Hands Ranch Camps were created. With Jesus at the helm and Tim and Ann’s heart for service, it grew into what we all know and love as LHR today. Tim and Ann live in Sulphur, OK (where the original camps began). They enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and playing ping pong. They have graciously led this mission for nearly 40 years! While they will still be around, they are very much looking forward to the next generation of LHR staff and volunteers who will continue to carry this mission forward.

Directors Emeritus
Roy and Naomi Woodall
Roy and Naomi have been the directors of Loving Hands Ranch and have selflessly served for 25 years. They moved from Texas to Sulphur, OK and made LHR a family affair! They have 5 children who you’ve probably seen at many camps and they usually celebrate their wedding anniversary during camptime! They truly have a heart for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities and have been such an inspiration to many people over the years. They are selfless, dependable, and wonderful people to be around. Roy is an interpreter and Naomi is a teacher at the Oklahoma School for the Deaf. They reside in Sulphur and enjoy spending time with their children, grandchildren, and horses. You should also know that Roy is a huge fan of golf and Naomi loves sweets (if you ever need to butter them up)!

Camp Director
Victoria Dunkerson
Victoria first started volunteering at Loving Hands Ranch in the summer of 2012. By the summer of 2014 she was helping run camp operations and office tasks. She quickly fell in love with LHR and knew this was a ministry that would always be in her life. She enjoyed being around the Deaf community so much that she aimed her career pursuits in helping people communicate and is now a pediatric speech language pathologist who specializes in students with hearing loss. Victoria is newly taking on the role of LHR Camp Director as of summer 2023. She is proficient in ASL and is always eager to learn more. She is looking forward to many more wonderful years of Loving Hands Ranch and can’t wait to see what God has in store for us! When she’s not being loud and bossing everyone around at camp you can find her reading a good book, taking care of her two wild dogs, socializing with friends, and trying to find a way to take another trip to Disney World with Ryan, her husband and her daughter, Eleanor.

Leadership Team
Nash Moore
Being the grandson of Tim and Ann Moore, Nash has been around LHR basically his entire life. From becoming an official camper in 2006, to a counselor in 2016, to serving in his current role as Activities Director & Music Leadership, Nash has seen first-hand just how impactful LHR is. Growing up around camps, Nash is able to communicate in ASL, and enjoys spending time with campers to form meaningful connections. Outside of camp, Nash loves playing the piano and spending time with his wife, Bekkah, and their two dogs.

Leadership Team
Bekkah Moore
Bekkah began her involvement with LHR during the summer of 2018 by volunteering as a camp counselor. She now serves as the Creativity & Curriculum Leader, and she is taking classes through Oklahoma School for the Deaf to learn sign language so she can better communicate with campers and their families. Outside of camp, Bekkah is in graduate school pursuing a degree in Data Analytics. When she’s not doing homework, she loves to spend time with her little family, reading, and going for runs!

Leadership Team
Ryan Dunkerson
Ryan began volunteering with LHR in the summer of 2021, however, he heard about LHR long before that! The first time he met his now wife, Victoria, she shared her heart for Loving Hands Ranch and he was immediately on board! He is currently taking ASL classes through The Center and is a quick learner! He is excited to improve his ASL skills to communicate with campers, staff, and families. Ryan will be helping with Technology and Organization. He has revamped the LHR websites, emails, registration forms and many other aspects of camp functions. Ryan is an engineer and therefore is our designated camp handyman too! Ryan enjoys working on home renovations, hunting, doing puzzles, and keeping up with his wife, daughter and his dogs!
